Celcom DNS Issues Impacting Website Access (Aug 23-27, 2024) | Back to Normal Now!

We would like to inform you that from last Friday (August 23, 2024) until Tuesday afternoon (August 27, 2024), some users on the Celcom network may have experienced difficulties accessing our website. After thorough investigation, we found that this issue was caused by an upgrade of the DNS servers managed by Celcom. Devices using Celcom's DNS servers may have encountered this issue, whereas users utilizing Google DNS were not affected.
